Locals say that the area is capable of producing 140" average mature bucks but some locals have killed 160-170" bucks over the years. Deer density is a little lower in this county but the genetics for larger deer are there.The turkey hunting is great in the area and this tract should hold a bunch of birds. 

Access is a prescriptive easement of about 1300 feet through a timber company. Should be able to get deeded access if desired. Entrance is gated for privacy. There is power on the public road at the gate. There is also an old well in the center of the property that adds some history and character.
