With some burning and understory spraying this tract could be converted back into quail ground fairly easy. There are some old food plots in place and numerous other places where food plots could be implemented. Access is provided by a network of roads/trails, most of which are in pretty good shape. The wildlife is here...I can only imagine what a little TLC would do for this tract! Several deer were seen while looking at this tract and sign is obvious everywhere. There is no doubt in my mind that once a good food source is provided the hunting here will be phenomenal!
