This is the Sandy Ridge Tract, it consists of 77 acres +/- located just south of Maplesville in Chilton County, Alabama. This unique property contains lots of merchantable hardwoods and some young pine regeneration. The sandy and rocky soils help make this tract a wet weather logging site. There are healthy deer and turkey populations in this part of Chilton County, and this tract provides both. This would be a great hunting or timber investment tract that is located in the central Alabama region.
