The tract consists of mostly hardwoods with some younger pines at the southwestern part of the property that was once an old field. The property slopes into a hardwood bottom the further east you travel. With minimal work you could reclaim the grown-up roads and add a couple wildlife openings transforming this property into a great recreational hunting tract!
