The County Line Tract is 205 acres on the Marengo - Wilcox County line. It is a great hunting tract as well as a great timber investment. This area has grown some really big deer in the past. There are turkeys all over this property. This tract consists of 110 +/- acres of big pine/hardwood mix timber and 95 +/- acres of 5-6 year old lob lolly pine plantations.
This property has a nice internal road system as well as two wildlife food plots.
