This area of Marengo County has been well known for years for being in the heart of deer country and for growing fantastic hardwood timber . This tract has had most of the timber cut and is now in the stage of regenerating young hardwood timber. The soils have extremely high site index for pine and hardwood. There are hog and deer tracks all over the property. The duck slough on Parcel B is outstanding. Give Walter Tutt a call to make a site visit.
