PT-03 is located on Grooms Rd and Hurst Rd in Chester County. This hunting/recreational and timber tract contains approximately 192 acres of ridgetops with rolling and sloping hills. It contains roughly 85 acres in mature upland hardwoods and pine, as well as another 95 acres in loblolly pine plantations planted in 2021. There is a good ridge system that could be used for additional roads/trails, as well as food plots and fields. Electricity is available on Grooms Rd and Hurst Rd.
