There is a great road/trail system meandering throughout the property. Approximately 10 acres of timberland has been converted to openland.
Additionally, the Pyburns tract contains an abandoned rock quarry that could potentially be reopened. However, a study has not been conducted to determine the feasibility of reopening it.
