Lonesome Pine is a great hunting and recreational tract located less than 10 miles east of Savannah, TN. It contains 268.65 acres of broad ridges with rolling and sloping hills. Much of the property contains upland hardwoods that was thinned in the fall of 2023. A total of approximately 25 acres has been cleared and planted in grass. Lonesome Pine has a great trail system that meander throughout the property. A gravel drive leads back to a potential home site several hundred feet off the road.
