Prospective buyers are invited to submit offers until Friday June 21st, 2019 at 10AM. At this time, all offers will be sent to Miller Company for review. (All offers will be kept confidential by Tutt Land Company) 

Scenario 1: A prospective buyer that submits an offer that meets or exceeds the “Target Price” will be offered the opportunity to purchase the property.  In the event that more than one prospective buyer meets or exceeds  the “Target Price” prior to the June 21st, 2019 10AM deadline, then those prospective buyers will be invited to submit their best offer via sealed bid on Thursday June 27th, 2019 at 10AM. At this time, the highest offer will be submitted and may be accepted if approved by Miller Company’s board of directors.  
 
Scenario 2:  If no buyer reaches the “Target Price”, then the buyers with the 3 highest offers will be invited to submit their best offer via sealed bid on Thursday June 27th, 2019 10AM.  At this time, the highest offer may be accepted if approved by Miller Company’s board of directors.  
 
 
Property Location:   The property is located off of Hwy 10 in Sections 01, 05, 06, 07, 12, and 31, Township 11N & 12N, Range 7E & 6E.   
 
Sale Particulars:   A signed sales agreement will be executed upon an agreement to price and terms by both Seller and Buyer.  A sales agreement represents an irrevocable offer to purchase the land and timber at the submitted offer amount.
