Hale grew up in Marengo County, Alabama with a passion for anything outdoors. After attending Shelton State Community College, he participated in several startup companies within the sales, service, and technology industries. These early experiences ignited his entrepreneurial spirit and eventually led him to combine that spirit and passion for the outdoors by joining Tutt Land Company in 2003. Hale is currently a licensed broker in Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, with a focus on providing sales and services in the west central Alabama (Blackbelt) and Florida (Panhandle) regions.
While Hale's primary focus is providing brokerage services for customers and clients, his extensive involvement with land development projects, such as lakes, lodges, roads,
and wildlife enhancements for numerous clients and investors, has created invaluable experience while enhancing the services he has to offer. He currently splits time between his homes in Thomaston, AL and Apalachicola, FL and provides land sales and services seamlessly in each region.
Hale has been married to his wife, Lynn, since 1999, and they have two sons, Payne and Ness. His family enjoys the unlimited outdoor activities that land ownership, and living in the rural South, offer! Hale is available to put his land experience and expertise to work for you.
