Keillor Davis is a trusted land professional representing Tutt Land Company in the greater Tallahassee, Florida market. With a deep-rooted passion for the outdoors and years of experience managing and improving recreational and agricultural properties, Keillor brings a unique blend of hands-on land knowledge and real estate insight to every client interaction.
Born and raised in Madison, Florida, Keillor developed an early appreciation for land stewardship through his work on family farms, wildlife plantations, and large-scale timber tracts. His background includes managing native wildlife habitat on over 10,000 acres, reintroducing Bobwhite quail populations, improving whitetail and turkey habitat, and overseeing timber thinning and invasive species control. As a part-owner in a recreational property development venture and a licensed Florida real estate sales associate, Keillor understands both the intrinsic and investment value of land.
Keillor graduated with a dual major in Real Estate and Marketing from Florida State University where he consistently excelled academically, earning Dean’s List and President’s List honors. He is also FAA drone-certified and proficient in property analysis and investment modeling tools.
