Wells was raised in Chattanooga, TN and currently lives in Nashville, TN. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Samford University. His family has owned and managed recreational property across Alabama, which instilled in him a strong passion for land, wildlife, and the outdoors. He has a background in commercial real estate development where he learned how to evaluate property and fulfill his clients' needs and objectives. Wells is excited to be a part of Tutt Land Company, where he can serve others in their goals as landowners.
