            The majority of the tract is wooded with a mixture of merchantable pine timber, younger hardwood stands on the north side, and older hardwood stands following the contour of the creek bottom. The timber on the property could be left alone, or could potentially be thinned to open the understory for aesthetics and wildlife habitat improvement.

            The internal road system was put in this year by a forestry mulcher, the road system gives great access to the pines, hardwood, and easy access to the creek. There is a food plot in place on the west side of the property, with several good locations to build new ones.
