Hidden Duck Hole

The hunting on this property is phenomenal.  While touring the property with the owner, we rode into one of the lower fields, only to find two big gobblers strutting their stuff.  While watching the turkeys, the owner shared with me some of the great hunts they had through the years.  To sum it up, one of the turkeys harvested on their property won a local turkey contest.  Although we didn’t see any deer there is no doubt they have them.  Additionally, there is a secret duck hole that has created many memories for the family. 

There are over 21 acres of fields that are strategically located to enhance the properties wildlife.  There are some in the upper elevations as well as some lower bottom fields.  Over the years, the owners planted some of the fields for doves and had some great shoots.  Additionally, they rotate the planting of their fields to help provide natural habitat for wildlife.
