The Guinea Tract consists of 53.33 acres, more or less, located on Hale County Highway 64 approximately 2 to 3 miles south of Moundville in the north central part of Hale County, Alabama.  Access to this tract is by the above-mentioned highway  and is considered to be excellent.  There is little access over this property but this is of little consequence due to its size and location.  Griffin Lot Tract  - 8.98 acres ± - $26,000.00

Section 7, T22N, R5E - Hale County, Alabama - Parcel #36-07-03-07-0-000-019.000

The Griffin Lot Tract includes 8.98 acres, more or less, located next to Havana Church in the community of Havana, Alabama. This parcel is located on Hale County Highway 37 which is its primary access. Access to this parcel is considered excellent.  There is no access over the property but this is of little consequence due to its small size. This lot would be an excellent addition to adjoining ownerships.

This property has level or flat terrain and is wet natured especially in the northern part. Soils on this tract include Cahaba, Savannah and Urbo soil types. The Cahaba and Savannah soils are good soils for pine production with a site index of 90 for loblolly pine.  The Urbo soil is best suited for hardwood production. This tract would make an excellent addition to an adjoining ownership.
