77+/- acres - Chester Co - LH-07

Laurel Hill Tract 7 contains an estimated 77 acres located in the southwestern tip of Chester County. This property is to be partitioned from a larger tract using Peach Orchard Rd as the southern boundary and Woodville Creek as the northern boundary.

A silvicultural clearcut was recently conducted on much of this property resulting in a beautiful vista of the surrounding area. At 600 feet in elevation, the ridge that splits the property is one of the highest elevations in the area. Clearcut areas could be naturally regenerated, planted in loblolly pine, or converted to pasture. Additionally, the northwestern portion of the property contains a hardwood forest with loblolly pine salted in. 

There is roughly 3,000 feet of frontage on Peach Orchard Rd. The property is bisected by a gas pipeline.
