It contains an even-aged stand of bottomland hardwoods resulting from an agricultural field that was left fallow approximately 20 years ago. The tract is located almost entirely in a floodplain, so it is not suitable for development. However, it would make a great hunting property. It is bounded by Highway 22 to the west, Iron Bridge Rd to the south, and Middleton Creek to the east.
