The rest of the property is a strong mix of mature pines and hardwoods. The Acre ridge tract is truly an outdoorsman’s paradise. There are 10 strategically placed game fields and very nice shooting houses that two to three people could hunt in with ease. The game fields are very nicely sized ranging from 0.5 acres to almost two acres. With the amount of oaks and pines mixed together, Acre Ridge provides a great habitat with no shortage of food.

The topography is rolling filled with an upland hardwood/pine mix. There are several creeks traversing through this tract. Enjoying over 2000 ft. of creek frontage on the West side of the tract and roughly 4000 ft. on the Eastern portion of the tract, the wild game possesses plenty of water resources. With the extensive road system this property has to offer a turkey hunter would love this place as there are many trails that can be easily traversed chasing the Eastern gobbler. There is no shortage of deer or turkey sign on this property. There are not many places you can sit on your front porch and listen for a wild turkey gobbling through the southern Clarke County hills. Once you visit, it is not hard to find the endless number of scrapes and rubs on this property as it has been very well managed for years.

Cabin 

The Acre Ridge cabin is a beautiful cabin sitting on one of the highest ridges this tract has to offer. The cabin was built in the early to mid-2000s. Cabin is split by a beautiful entertainment area including a screened off porch in the middle of the two living spaces that features an outdoor fireplace, kitchen area, and grill. Each side of the cabin is essentially the same setup including 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and a loft area big enough for several beds. This cabin is an extremely nice and incredible feature on this property. 

There is also a smaller cabin situated next to the main cabin. This features a living room area, bathroom, kitchen, and loft as well. There is a small barn situated a short walk from the main cabin that could be used to store equipment, atvs, deer stands, etc...
