This tract is only a 25-minute drive to Troy and approximately an hour’s drive from Montgomery, Auburn, and Dothan. Lake Eufaula is a 30-minute drive to the east, but, with a 10-acre lake to fish, one might just be inclined to stay put and enjoy the great fishing on site.
