If you like hiking through the woods checking out all the different types of trees you can find you will love this tract. There is even a good number of wild Dogwood and Magnolias up here to go along with wild Blue Berries, Black Berries, Muscadines and Honeysuckle . At this point you can cut off the main road up to a small clearing that with a little work would make a great food plot or additional homesite. Looking off the back side of this clearing it drops into a beautiful hardwood valley with a spring fed creek running through it. The previous owner had plans to dam one end and create a 5 to 7-acre lake that would be great for bass fishing.

Back on the main road you will travel through 20+ year old pines that open up to another clearing good for a couple large food plots. From here you will wind your way up hill with a large pine thicket on your right making for good bedding for deer and another valley full of poplars and hardwoods and a creek to your left. You will pass some large rock outcroppings which gives this tract its character. On up to the crest where the view is what it is all about. You can put your cabin here and see for days without the noise and stress of town or neighbors. Your own private mountain paradise.

This property has had a forester do a preliminary cruise. With a managed harvest you have potential to recoup some of your initial investment as you build. There is city water at the road but a well would be more practical at the top there is power on the property and a utility easement that crosses one corner providing more options. The previous owner has been contacted several times by different cell services to place a tower on the crest this could provide better phone and internet reception, additional income but more importantly a well-maintained service road all the way to the top.
