The road system is fantastic with trails and loops that lead to large food plots, a 6- acre lake, large year-round creek, and incredible hardwood timber.  The hardwood timber on the property is impressive to say the least. The Southern part of the property has rolling hills and drains that the pine was harvested from 20+ years ago. These forests are mostly all hardwood with multiple upland species including Red Oak, White Oak, Poplar, and Gum. The understory is clean and park like in appearance. As you travel to the North, down the ridge, you come to the flat creek bottom. The creek bottom has several large food plots complete with gravity feeders and 1^st class shooting houses. There are tree stands along the edges of the fields for bowhunters and all have cleaned trails to slip into and out of the stands. There are multiple feeding stations complete with covered trough feeders to keep the deer satisfied. The timber in the creek bottom is simply impressive. There are a few areas with pine but for the most part the bottoms consist of mature hardwood timber. If its too hot to hunt you can grab your rod and reel and head to the lake. The lake is beautiful and has large bass, bream, and catfish. If you still need to cool off you can head to the crystal-clear creek and take a break in the shade.
